Winemaking

The harvested grapes were immediately sent to the processing plant, where they were carefully sorted and then pressed. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28 °C for 14-16 days, after which the raw material was gently pressed. After the malolactic fermentation was completed, the wine was transferred to 300L second- and third-fill Hungarian oak barrels, where it matured for 14 months.
