Growing Conditions

The grapes were harvested from the excellent vineyards of Bátaapáti and Mőcsény and immediately transported to the cellar.

Winemaking

The grape clusters were carefully selected, destemmed and then gently pressed. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature below 16 °C for 12-14 days.

Appearance

Straw yellow in color.
