Fresh, floral, grapey, slightly perfumed aroma, with a hint of bubbles on the palate, light as foam. The refreshing drink of spring and summer!

The small area on which his heirs, the Schauber family, planted Kadarka in 1912, belonged to the 6-acre Palánki mountain vineyards of Ferenc Liszt's close friend, Baron Auguszt of Szekszárd, a famous winemaker in the 19th century.

Floral and citrusy aroma that carries through the sip. Delicate, harmonious acids make the experience truly enjoyable. Characterized by a medium body and fresh acidity.

A lighter, floral aroma, while the taste is a bit tighter, with fresh, thirst-quenching fruitiness. Characterized by a medium body and alcohol, along with fresh acidity.

Ripe and concentrated fruit from the Görögszó vineyard, with higher alcohol and extract content, full-bodied and captivating. A top wine from only the finest vintages!

This blend is the result of the collaboration of four winemakers from Szekszárd. Their creation is a true example of trust in each other and commitment to quality.

Premium Bull's Blood (Bikavér) from an exceptional vintage. A masterful blend of meticulously selected lots, resulting in a concentrated and elegant wine. The aroma reveals ripe sour cherry and blackcurrant, while the palate is balanced with fruit notes, barrel spices, and velvety tannins.

"Close friend of Ferenc Liszt, the renowned Baron Auguszt of Szekszárd owned a 6-hectare vineyard on Palánk Hill in the 19th century. A small plot within this estate was planted with Kadarka in 1912 by his heirs, the Schauber family. This now sparse vineyard is located on the hillside above our winery, which we acquired from the descendants a few years ago. What might the Kadarka of our great- and great-great-grandfathers have tasted like? This was the question we sought to answer when crafting this unique vintage."

Kadarka P.7 embodies the perfect harmony of tradition and outstanding quality.

Szekszárd Siller 2024: A blend of Merlot, Kékfrankos, and Zweigelt grapes. Siller is a Hungarian-style wine made from red grapes with longer skin contact than rosé, resulting in a deeper color and fuller body, sitting somewhere between rosé and red wine.

Deep in color with an intense, varietally true aroma. Its fruit profile is dominated by ripe plum, complemented by a hint of sweet paprika spice. A full-bodied, bold wine, perfect for festive occasions. On the label of this flagship wine from our winery, I pay tribute to my grandfather’s vineyard laborer, Tivald. The unkempt man with a perpetually stubbled face, worn down by the scythe, the hoe, and the scorching summer heat - a man I wrongly looked down upon as a child, occasionally disturbing his peace with my mischief. Now, as a form of belated reverence, may this label on our finest wine serve as both a remembrance and an homage to his sweat-soaked toil. János Eszterbauer

Single-vineyard Kékfrankos from an exceptional vintage. Clean and spicy on the nose, bursting with fruit. Firm acidity leads the wine, while its complex structure brings together sour cherry and blackberry notes with soft roasted chocolate aromas in perfect harmony. The story on the label: My great-grandfather, a stubborn man with a grand moustache, was fiercely attached to the vineyards he had planted himself. When the cooperative’s agitators came knocking, he escaped to Faluhely, the family's summer shelter among the vines. He only returned home once a week, at dawn, just to collect clean clothes and fresh bread. They never managed to recruit him – not that it made his life any easier, but it meant he could remain free and independent. One of his sayings still lives on in our family. One night, under a full moon (or Telihold, as we say in Hungarian), he took a long swig from the demijohn, wiped his enormous moustache, and said: ‘Hey moon! What are you compared to me? You only fill up once a month — I do it every day…’ – János Eszterbauer

A top-tier blend created to represent the peak of our winemaking. Notes of black pepper and dried fruits are in perfect balance, wrapped in a well-structured body and refined acidity.
