Winemaking
Gentle pressing, spontaneous fermentation in stone clay amphorae, unfined, unfiltered.
After gentle pressing, the must was spontaneously fermented and matured in Légli Attila amphorae.
Unclarified, unfiltered, and bottled without the addition of sulfur.
