The neutral, citrus flavor, saltiness and freshness characteristic of Ezerjó. The sip is complex and multifaceted.
Our Ezerjó from Vénhegy (from our organic vineyard) was harvested at the beginning of September.
Hand-harvested
Gentle pressing, spontaneous fermentation in amphorae, barrels and steel tanks.
After gentle pressing, the must was allowed to settle overnight in the cellar, then spontaneously fermented in amphora, Hungarian oak barrel and steel tank.
It is also an excellent accompaniment to appetizers, sea fish and light, roast meat dishes.
