Nose
The fairly intense nose offers cherries, brandied cherries, cinnamon and nutmeg. The typical notes of Kékfrankos are beautifully complemented by the maturation in small oak barrels.
Palate
On the palate, the wine has medium body, high acidity and high tannin content. It is a spicy and fiery red wine with a taste of sour cherry, vanilla and oriental spices.
Aging
Barrel ageing for 11 months.
Appearance
A complex and rich, deep ruby red Kékfrankos.
Food Pairing
We recommend it with black pudding and game.
