This is a characterful and elegant sparkling wine from Tokaj. Its bouquet reveals floral, peach, pear, green apple, and subtle yeasty notes. On the palate, it offers sage and citrus flavors, complemented by a refined acidity, delicate bubbles, and a harmonious toasty finish with excellent structure.

A characterful and elegant sparkling wine from Tokaj, made from 68% Hárslevelű and 32% Furmint. Its aroma features ripe apple, a hint of walnut, and a touch of apple peel bitterness, while citrus notes join on the palate. The sip bursts with vibrant acidity and fine, plentiful bubbles, creating an exceptionally pleasant and balanced experience.

The aroma first reveals ripe white-fleshed fruits, citruses, peach, apple, a tiny orange peel followed by rosy notes and southern fruits. The texture is tight, compact, lively but polished, with acidity that leads the palate for a long time. Faint saltiness, floral-powdery flashes, delicate pomelo and grapefruit bitterness can be detected in the background of the taste.

The name "TARCZAL" replaces the former "BIRTOK" / ”ESTATE”. Thus, we would like to emphasize that the production areas are only located in Tarcal. On the nose, you can feel pear, apple, then peaches, a touch of tropical fruit, sweet citrus and green tea. Tasted fresh, juicy with rounded acids. Thanks to its smoothness and beautiful balance, it is a wine that can be enjoyed very well even when young.

Taut, elegant, one might say a typical loessy Tokaji hárslevelű. Its aroma greets you with southern fruits, flowers, followed by white-fleshed fruits, green herbs, and a hint of honey. The slender body is bursting with bright acids and it is characterized by orange, tangerine, mango, apple and peach. As of 2024 we renamed our estate wines to Tarczal: meaning our Estate Hárslevelű is now available under the name of Tarczal Hárslevelű.

A stunning wine crafted using ice wine techniques. Its bouquet is rich with aromas of ripe and botrytized fruits, complemented by subtle spices, cardamom, vanilla, and caramelized sugar. On the palate, it is dense and concentrated, with a high residual sugar level balanced by rounded acidity. The sip unfolds layers of fruity flavors, from ripe mango and apricot jam to dried fruits and candied orange, enhanced by notes of honey, vanilla, and orange peel.

100% Furmint from the Farkas vineyard, a true expression of Tokaj. This volcanic wine from Tarcal is sourced from a slightly over one-hectare plot near the Áldó Krisztus statue. The thinner loess topsoil in this vineyard accentuates the volcanic bedrock's influence in the wine. Its clean, intense aroma is dominated by flinty minerality, accompanied by pomelo, kiwi, and apricot. As it opens in the glass, buttery, creamy-honey notes emerge, alongside a charming hint of acacia blossom. The palate is lean and precise, with vibrant acidity expertly balanced by thoughtful barrel use. Minimal sweetness complements a complex profile featuring green apple, orange zest, lime, and a long finish with pear, peach, grapefruit, and pronounced minerality. The aftertaste reveals a touch of cinnamon, salinity, and a zesty lemon peel bitterness.

A Tokaj late harvest blend of 86% Furmint, 8% Hárslevelű, and 6% Muscat. The aroma reveals sweet citrus, green tea, ginger, and a hint of mango. On the palate, acidity leads the way, followed by a touch of sweetness. The sip is rounded yet dynamic, with lingering notes of orange peel, spice, and subtle tropical flavors.

This wine boasts an intense aroma of ripe white-fleshed peach, tropical fruits, chestnut honey, mandarin, and vanilla, characterized by youthful and vibrant notes. It is delicately creamy on the palate, with fine acidity, excellent balance, and a flavorful, lingering finish.

Aszú wine made from 93% Furmint and 7% Hárslevelű—a rare gem and a pinnacle of Tokaji winemaking. This stunning wine is characterized by dried white-fleshed, exotic, and berry fruits, alongside floral notes, showcasing remarkable richness and purity. On the palate, it is vibrant with abundant citrus flavors, yet remains creamy and exceptionally smooth, delivering an exquisite and harmonious experience.
