Nose
The aromas are complex to describe, given the dizzying mix of sensations: partly fruity, quince jelly, but also culinary, caramel and toffee, with essences of orchard fruits.
Palate
On the palate a further burst of intense flavours arrive, with lush chocolate-lime and key-lime flavours. It takes minutes to chew through the rich layers of hedonistic flavours in this wine, so intense and complex are they. At the regrettable end the flavour of this truly superb wine lingers for many minutes, a delightful reminiscence of its beauty and class.
