Pelle Pince, Tokaj

Király is a great 1st class / grand crue vineyard in Tokaj/Mád apellation. Its thin brown cly soil is hiding a very solid rhyoilt, as one of the most common vulcanic soil in Mád. The plantation was executed in 1980's giving this vine a subtle, complex and mineral touch.

Szt Tamás 1st class/grand crue vineyard is a very diverse vulcanic soli, where in every 2-3 meters in depth the bedrock is changing as per the vulcanic eruptions have built up the level of bedrock in centuries. Our plantation is 60+ years old, and 100% furmint with an old clone. Organic nurturing of our grapes ensure a great quality, whereby the gae and the terroir gives a great aging potential to this single vineyard selected furmint.

Tokaji Aszú is a 6 puttonyos botrytised sweet wine with a specific character of vulcanic soil of the Tokaj region. The wine is 75% furmint and 25% hárslevelű, fermented and aged in oak barrel for 3 years.

Betsek grand crue/1st class is our oldest, 75+ years old plantation, whereby the complexity comes with a scent and an intense feel of deep minerality. Hárslevelű adds roundness and kindness to the strong furmint base.

This bottle fermented 100% furmint sparkling wine is a complex, mineral and crispy wine. minimal 2 gr dosage is ironing the vibrating acidity in this super fresh 100% furmint sparkling wine.

Szamorodni is a specific wine variety of Tokaj, whereby the healthy, shrivelled and botrytised berries are all present on the grape bunch, at the time of the harvest. After the harvest, de-stemming is done, and the berries are soaked for few hours before pressing. Once prrssing is done a slow fermentation process is commencing in zemplen oka barrels. The aging is done in the same zemplen oka barrel, and in bottle, for at least 18 months before releasing the vintage.
