Pelle Pince, TokajTokaji Szamorodni sweetSzamorodni is a specific wine variety of Tokaj, whereby the healthy, shrivelled and botrytised berries are all present on the grape bunch, at the time of the harvest. After the harvest, de-stemming is done, and the berries are soaked for few hours before pressing. Once prrssing is done a slow fermentation process is commencing in zemplen oka barrels. The aging is done in the same zemplen oka barrel, and in bottle, for at least 18 months before releasing the vintage.
