Aging

By definition, it requires a minimum of five years of ageing, and alongside international varieties, it must include 25% Kékfrankos, which brings the distinct character of Szekszárd and also presents a true winemaking challenge.

Maturation is French and Hungarian oak (225 and 500 l).
