Nose
In its aroma we can also encounter withered grapes and honey.
Palate
Full-bodied, slightly oily wine in our glass. In its flavor, the millennial character, the late character dominates, a full-bodied wine with a long finish.
Growing Conditions
Our ezerjó plantation is located on the Kecskehegy plateau in Mór. The name of the area comes from the fact that at first there was no viticulture here, but goat herders grazed their animals here. Later, with the boom in viticulture, the vines quickly found a home here. The varied, slightly compacted soil of the mountain, the sunlight that surrounds the plantation can provide very good quality, and thanks to its high location, it is a place well protected from frost.
Winemaking
It ripens in the second half of September. Its bunch is medium-sized, shouldered, and dense. It produces a wine that is typically said to be hard, with high acidity, but in the case of well-ripened grapes, the wine will be elegant and full-bodied, with medium alcohol. In a good vintage, in a suitable growing location, it is prone to shrinkage and aszú, and its depth of flavor can rival that of the wines of the foothills. Its aroma and texture show floral notes, with a delicate tartness in the background.
Appearance
We can see a golden yellow.
