Tropical fruits are mixed with some minerality on the nose.

Palate

A full-bodied, creamy, lively wine. The same fruity-salty character of the nose is present on the palate. The fine lees from the barrel fermentation add a nice creaminess to the flavours. Long ageing, pleasant aftertaste.

Winemaking

The white counterpart of the Egri Bikavér, a superior quality blend from Eger, the winery's aim was to produce an elegant, serious, substantial wine with long ageing potential. It faithfully reflects the face of the Eger Wine Region, with its cool climate, beautiful ripeness and fissured acidity in a deep, layered wine. The four grape varieties were processed and fermented separately, with the final blend created after ageing.
