“Good wine is born in the grapevine.” We believe that this is a profession in which the winemaker must put his knowledge, all his humility and passion into it. These principles also guide me when making my wines. Since we farm on a small area, it is not quantity but uniqueness that dominates the wines we make. It is a real challenge for me to get the best out of the grape harvest of a given year, keeping in mind the characteristics of each vintage and the possibilities offered by the land.
