Nose

Its aroma is characterized by fresh fruitiness (pear, chamomile).

Palate

It is an elegant, highly structured wine, rounded by a small amount of residual sugar. The taste is rich in minerals and oak barrel aging, with a long aftertaste.

Winemaking

The wine was 50% fermented in barrels, 50% in tanks, and then after 3 months the two parts were married.
