On October 22, 1956, our great-grandfather hosted Imré Nagy at a harvest in Badacsony, and in the afternoon he was invited to Budapest from among the vines. A basalt column preserves the memory of the harvest in the vineyard. We celebrate this event every 5 years with a commemorative harvest.
