Winemaking
Ezerfürtű is a domestically bred white wine grape variety, which was created by crossing Hárslevelű and Piros Tramini in Kecskemét. Today it is considered a rare variety, very few people bottle it as varietal wine.
The wine is fermented spontaneously and was then bottled unfiltered.
The uniqueness of the wine is that thanks to the 2.5-day soaking on the skins, it has characteristic tannins, which lends the wine a unique structure that increases the depth and durability of the taste.
