Nose
Aloof at the beginning, but is later floral and perfumed, with roasted notes and pear aromas.
Palate
Creamy taste, with the same notes as the fragrance. Round sip with nice acidity.
Growing Conditions
Selected grapes from Kopár vineyard.
Winemaking
White Merlot is very challenging to produce from red Merlot grapes as the red colour easily moves into the wine juice with any skin contact.
Aging
Aged in second filled 225 L Hungarian barrels for 6 months, spending 3 months on the fine lees.
Appearance
Pale lemon colour, limpid.
