Nose
At first a heavy, slightly earthy scent hits our nose, and then the smell of pepper and cherry will introduce itself.
Palate
It has a soft, ripe taste, with a little spicing and cocoa.
Winemaking
A globally known, characteristic ruby wine. It is aged in oak barrels, which makes the ripe fruits' tannins round, resulting in an even longer finish and emphasising its flavour of blackcurrants, typical of this type.
