Nose

Its taste resembles its scent with the light fruitiness, the pear and the Southern fruits, but with a hint of vanillin in its finish.
Winemaking
In a nice vintage, the well-chosen barrel complements the fruity, concentrated and mature Chardonnay in an exciting way. The juicy tannins of the new oak barrel grant a long life to the wine by enrichening its acid structure, which makes it possible to us to wait for the perfect occasion to open such a bottle.

It has a bright, golden yellow colour.
