Appearance
Its wine is dry, greenish-white in color. This wine is truly like porcelain: crystal clear in every taste, vibrantly acidic, vibrant and long. It is as multi-colored as the light refracting on porcelain.
Food Pairing
This variety is characterized by a variety of uses, as it can not only stand alone as a wine, but can also serve as a base for blending, or even as an excellent sparkling base wine thanks to its pronounced acidity.
