Petőcz PincészetEzerjóEzerjó is a historical Hungarian grape variety, a hungaricum, whose cultivation dates back to ancient times in Ászár. It was one of the favorite varieties of the wine region, as the wine made from Ezerjó had a good shelf life thanks to its pronounced acids. In our village, it is called “Cilifánt”, and we use it in keeping with this tradition.
