Harvest

Made from beautifully ripe grapes harvested from the terraces of the Verebes vineyard in early October.

Winemaking

The fermentation took place spontaneously in wooden barrels, and then at the beginning of the following summer, after 6 months of barrel aging, we bottled it– this time as a semi-dry wine.

Food Pairing

It is an excellent accompaniment to Hungarian cuisine and spicier dishes; but it is also a great experience when consumed on its own!
