Nose
At first, the aroma is somewhat restrained, grape blossom and honeysuckle dominate the most, then it starts to open up when fresh pear and ripe lemon take over the focus.
Palate
In the taste, green apple, pear and citrus fruits compete with each other. A medium-bodied sip with a long aftertaste is elegant and fresh, in addition to the characteristics of the variety, minerality appears delicately in the aftertaste, but finally the fruits return again, which last for a long time.

Pátzay Borbirtok is located in Badacsony, in the Balaton wine region, on top of a dormant volcano.

Our characterful wines convey the Badacsony feeling of life with excellent acidity, lots of fruit and minerality. Our goal is to present the diversity and richness of the growing area and the exciting face of Badacsony through their wines.

Its crystal clear pale yellow color is almost sparkling.
