The grapes, harvested separately by variety, were selected using an optical sorting device, cold macerated in a 60 hl coolable steel tank, and then fermented in a controlled manner. The fermented wine was aged briefly for 8 months in used second- and third-fill Hungarian oak barrels, while complete malic acid decomposition also took place.
Serving temperature: 15-16°C
It is perfect with grilled dishes and brown meats, as well as dishes served with forest fruit sauce or Hungarian-style dishes.
