Winemaking
Siller is a category between rosé and red wines. It is richer and deeper in color than a rosé, but generally has a fruitier character than a red wine.
It was made from Blue Frankish, the grapes were pressed into the press, then pressed after a short soaking on the skins. This gave it such a deep, ruby-red color.
The must fermented in tanks and the wine matured in tanks before bottling.
