Our Juhfark vineyard was planted in 2004 on the Köveskáli Fekete-hegy.
Winemaking
The grapes were pressed whole bunches, and then the must fermented spontaneously in small oak barrels.
Aging
After fermentation, the wine matured for 12 months on fine lees before bottling. .
