Optimus Winery Etyek

Optimus Winery is a small family winery in Etyek. In 2019, we started making traditional champagnes and especially reductive wines in our winery in Örehegy, primarily for our own pleasure. The hobby of a few hundred bottles has grown so much that today we farm on 4 hectares, which we also supplement with purchased grapes, so that in the 2022 vintage, 10,000 bottles will be produced in the winery. We like to experiment not only with different grape varieties, but also with procedures. In addition to traditional champagne and wine, we made must, sparkling wine, orange wine, pét-nat, and this year we are maturing several items in oak barrels.
