Among the Hungarian wine regions, Villány clearly holds the first place when it comes to this variety. It is true that here, at the foot of the Bükk, it produces slightly leaner wines, but we are convinced that this is not to the detriment of the variety. Perhaps we can sneak that little bit of liveliness into the wine of this variety that is missing from Villány. It produces a lovely, fruity, clean wine.
