Nose
With a slightly reserved aroma. It is worth swirling it in the glass a little before smelling it. A slight apple-cinnamon character can be felt in the aroma, and it shows similar notes in the taste.
Palate
It is characterized by good acids and impeccable balance.
Winemaking
This variety is known and grown in many parts of the world – and not by chance. It is grateful, easy to handle and produces truly excellent quality in very different growing areas. It also likes cooler regions, as most really beautiful sparkling wines are made in such places.

Our wine is pale in color.
