Made with 100% organic plant protection.

Situated on the southwest slope, its soil is abrasive rhyolite clay.

Winemaking

The grapes are pressed whole; the must fermented spontaneously. New wine aged in Zemplén oak barrels.

Released January 2022.

Aging

Aged 3.5 years in barrel and further 2.5 years in bottle.
