Superior quality sweet white wine Harvest: The aszú berries were individually picked from the end of September to the end of October. Soil: High clay content, rhyolite tuff, rhyolite, zeolite detritus Varietals: Aszú berries: Furmint & Hárslevelű Pouring wine: Furmint Pouring: Furmint is poured on the aszú dough and left for 24 hours. Fermentation: The wine was spontaneously fermented.
