Palate

In a sip of it, the barrel effect intensifies, the wood gives extra spices (cloves and vanilla), and then coconut that pops up at the end of the sip of comes into the wine from here. The structure is quite good, the acids enliven the slightly slower flavours due to the barrel, ripe fruits play under the spiciness. By the end of a sip of it, it slows down, the mouth fills with it, you can already feel the alcohol in it, but it still feels fitting; there is content to it, not just form.

Winemaking

Manual cluster selection. Alcoholic fermentation in a stainless steel tank in a reductive space.

Aging

Maturation in oak barrels for 8 months.
