Nose

The aroma is floral and raspberry, followed by the spiciness from the Syrah.

Palate

The fruitiness is the dominant flavor, the trio of raspberry, strawberry and sour cherry will drive you crazy.

Growing Conditions

The raw material for the Rosé Cuvée was harvested from the hills of Versend, a wine region in Pécs.

Winemaking

The wine was made in steel tanks with controlled fermentation at a low temperature of 13-15 degrees Celsius. Both grapes were harvested on the same day, so they were at different levels of maturity, which made the wine more complex. The two base wines were made separately and then blended. After that, we aged them in tanks for half a year and bottled them.

Appearance

We managed to achieve a really sexy pinkish-coral color in the color.
