Nose
Its fruitiness and freshness are astonishing, the sour cherry and blackberry just flow, complemented by the pleasant barrel spices. After a little aeration, the varietal-specific paprika and a hint of pea sweetness also appear.
Palate
You experience the same experience of the aromas in the taste. In addition to the fruitiness, there is a very pleasant acidity and velvety tannins, which make the sip harmonious.
Winemaking
Made in 2020 from virgin grapes from the 3rd year of the vines. After the harvest, we fermented it in a controlled manner using the traditional kácis method. After that, we aged it for a year in multi-filled Hungarian oak barrels. After the barrel, we bottled it and it reached perfection in the glass.
