Nose
Aromas of field flowers.
Palate
It has fresh and balanced acidity.
Growing Conditions
It is unmistakeably local. We grow Olaszrizling on ten acres.
In total the vineyard is 17 hectares. But such 17 hectares! 2.5 in the Siralomvágó behind the house. In layers covering each other there is triassic limestone – marl, dolomite and red perch sandstone. Just should never it be hoed! But where there is a lot of humus and easy to work, grain must be produced. Great wines are born only on such difficult-to-grow slopes.
1.5 hectares on the thic, red sandstone-made Lőczedomb. If it rains a lot, we walk in red clay knee-deep, if it is dry, the hoe can only scratch it.
Harvest
A bit less than 6,000 bottles per hectare.
