Nose
Soft and creamy structure, which opens with a touch of mushroom and avar in the aroma, followed by notes of raisins, figs and dried apricots. Over time, however, the aroma becomes more and more fresh, enriched with orange jam, peach preserves, spices, and some tropical fruit.
Palate
Full, complex and very intense, it has a noticeably developed aszu character. Its acids are incredibly vibrant and youthful, they almost wash away the sugar content and make the sip long and tight. Its taste is characterized by orange jam, apricot jam, sweet citrus, a little tobacco and rich spiciness. The play of already established aszu characters and vibrant acids makes it really special and with time it all comes together into an even more beautiful unity.
Harvest
We harvested the aszu grains from October to the beginning of November.
Winemaking
The CULTURE 6 puttony Tokaj aszú 2006 carries all the values of the vintage that make Tokaj great; acids, sugars, fullness, minerality, achieving absolute balance.
Appearance
The jewel of HOLDVÖLGY's first outstanding vintage. A deeper, golden color.
