Nose
Floral, peachy, quince aroma with candied lemon peel and honey.
Palate
Well-balanced, tight, lively acid wine, with tart citrus, quince, ripe yellow-fleshed fruits, a little orange marmalade, white chocolate. Concentrated, intense flavor, yet very fresh and youthful, a nice batch, with a very long aftertaste.
Bottling
We bottled in the fall of 2023.
Winemaking
The Zéta Aszú grapes, carefully selected in late October, were soaked in a late-harvest Zéta fermenting must, then gently pressed and fermented in tanks.

It is characterized by the fruity flavors and aromas typical of Aszú wines, spiced with the floral notes of Zéta.
Aging
This was followed by 18.5 months of oak barrel aging.
Appearance
Brilliant, light golden color.
