Palate

On the palate red currents and raspberries; Lively yet velvet with smooth tannins; elegant wine with long finish.

Harvest

All grapes were hand harvested between September 13 (Blaufränkisch) and October 10 (Cabernet Sauvignon).

Winemaking

De-stemmed, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel at 27-30° C.

Aging

Matured in used Hungarian barrique and tonneaux for 24 month.
