Palate

It has an amazingly complex palate, full of characteristic fruit flavours such as apricot, melon, pineapple, and white flowers. The long finish reveals honey-vanilla toasted hazelnuts and fresh straw. Thanks to its high concentration of flavours and the mineral acidity so typical of the area, this wine can be cellared for decades.
