Winemaking
An uncommon coupage of Chardonnay (70%) and Sauvignon blanc (30%), harvested on the 15th of September, fermented separately. Chardonnay 13% alcohol, Sauvignon Blanc 11%. Chardonnay low acidity, Sauvignon Blanc high acidity. The two grape types perfectly complement one another.
