Palate
The outcome: a finely textured, spicy wine with dark ruby colour and rich flavour and aroma. Opens with piquant, currant-like notes to be followed by even more fruits: lingonberry, crisp cherry and a hint of black currant liqueur rounded out perfectly by a rich spicy taste and clear acids. Smooth, exciting wine with a long finish.
