Cédrus is named after one of the arboretum's defining plants. A blend of Pinot gris and Welschriesling from the arboretum's grapes. Clean, delicately barrel-aged, peachy, restrained and very elegant.

A Hungarian grape variety meaning ‘the green of Buda’, which refers to its origins in the Etyek-Buda wine region, and more broadly the Carpathian basin.

Its fruity, slightly spicy taste reveals raspberry, cherry, cocoa and coffee notes. It is characterized by a rich aroma and complex flavor.
