Our Ezerjó from Vénhegy (from our organic vineyard) was harvested at the beginning of September.

Winemaking

Gentle pressing, spontaneous fermentation in amphorae, barrels and steel tanks.

After gentle pressing, the must was allowed to settle overnight in the cellar, then spontaneously fermented in amphora, Hungarian oak barrel and steel tank.

Food Pairing

It is also an excellent accompaniment to appetizers, sea fish and light, roast meat dishes.
