Nose
Medium intensity, fresh red fruits such as raspberries and cherries, as well as floral aromas such as violets, complemented by tobacco, dark chocolate and vanilla resulting from the small barrel maturation.
Palate
Fresh, red fruity, slightly barrique flavor, harmonious but also exciting.
Medium body, medium tannins, fresh acids, red fruits (raspberry, cherry) and menthol are reflected in the taste, dark chocolate and vanilla from the barrel aging. Balanced, long finish, pleasant.

Winemaking
Quick processing: berry picking and crushing, tank fermentation with maceration of the marc cap, controlled fermentation with inoculation with species yeast (25-28 °C).
Contact time on the skins is 3 weeks, then natural malic acid decomposition also in the tank, barrel aging for 6 months in repeatedly used small (225 L) BQ barrels, bottling after clarification and filtration.
Appearance
Medium ruby color. Mirror-clear, medium ruby with purple reflections.

For steaks, game stews, grilled meats, marinated duck and goose roasts.
