Growing Conditions

Located in North-East Hungary, southeastern slopes of the Zemplén Mountains which are of volcanic origin and abound in a variety of volcanic rocks and soil types. Our vineyards are historically classified as grand crus and premier crus situated around the villages of Tarcal, Bodrogkeresztúr and Mád.

Harvested from our principal vineyard called Gyertyanos.
