Nose
The peach, grape and floral notes return to the aroma and taste of the wine. Over time, as the bottle matures, the deepening cute color and 'petrolos' characteristic of the variety develop more and more.
Palate
It is characterized by pleasantly nice acids, freshness and crisp aromas. A really lovable face for the Riesling breed.
Winemaking
The Babiczki Rhine Riesling could also be a symbol of a true confident, tight-lipped, pure man from the Mátra.
When we were young, the smell of the flourishing field remained in us - as we were ‘crossing over’ it with our bikes - like the big bikers! Then, over time, the world of real "petrol" gasoline-powered machats will hit us and we can't resist it!
This is exactly the effect that highlights the unique, volcanic terroir features of the Mátra from our Riesling senses!
