Winemaking
We “know” what rosé is like. It’s fun, light, forgettable, with immature acidity, a pale rosecolor, and a tuttifrutti aroma.
This is not like that.
The selected and ripe Kékfrankos overnight, fermented spontaneously , and aged it on a brooma 225-liter barrel .We skipped the clarification, filtering, and pumping, and before bottling we stirred it upfilled it into a bottle using methodin the world–gravity and a rubber tube
Appearance
A darker than usual, opalescent.
Food Pairing
We heartily recommend with tomato, but even better as the main character by any joyful activity.
