Low alcohol, explosive fruit, mostly raspberry syrup, non-explosive, moderate bubbles (can be opened without protective equipment!), fresh acids, little residual sugar.
Growing Conditions
Made from the virgin harvest of our 3-year-old Kékfrankos plantation.
Winemaking
Our first PétNat, but thanks to the enthusiastic feedback, it will certainly not be the last. And it was not a planned child, it just happened, the vintage/weather/good God brought it this way, and how good that it did.
