Nose
The dosage harmonizes well with the biscuity aromas resulting from the long, 60-month bottle ageing.
Palate
Our méthode traditonelle champagne, made from a blend of Chardonnay (75%) and Pinot Noir (25%), is characterised by apple fruitiness and a long finish.
A complex sparkling experience with round, elegant acidity.
Winemaking
Our Anonym Brut Reserve Öszhang sparkling wine was born by blending 2017 base wines. Taking advantage of the opportunities offered by the vintage, we harvested high-quality grapes for the sparkling base wine. By choosing the right harvest time, the ripe Chardonnay from the Orbán vineyard and the vibrant Pinot Noir from Hercegföld were hand-harvested into 15 kg crates, then whole bunches were put into the press. The pressed must was settled and the settled must was de-colored and fermented in tanks at 16 °C after inoculation with sparkling yeast. Following fermentation, the base wines were de-malicized. After blending, in August 2018, the base wines were bottled after clarification and filtration with tirage liqueur.
We began the disgorging of Anonym Brut Reserve in August 2023, after 60 months of bottle aging. We do both the tirage and disgorging ourselves, in our own winery!
