A brief history
The value of 5Dudás Winery lies in family unity and the joy of creation. Since all five of us are different, it is important to us that we all farm our 50 hectares of vineyards on the magnificent hills of the Mátra with joy, smiles on our faces and love.
When developing the taste of our wines, we also keep the beauty of our differences in mind. Our modern reductive processing plant has a capacity of 3000 hl, which is what gives us our fresh, fragrant, crisp white wines and lush Kékfrankos rosé. Our 80-barrel cellar is home to volcanic wines, where our silky, volcanic red wines mature for years. In addition to the 5 members of our family, our two winemakers also take care of them with heart and soul.
Everything we do is the magic of the moments spent together, which is why we created the Foundry , which is the essence of the Mátra, a cultural square, event venue and bistro in one. We love sharing intimate and unique taste and wine experiences.
